My AC wasn't blowing cold enough air and I thought it was the thermostat so I took it down and found the batteries were corroded so I cleaned it up and replaced them but then it wouldn't work at all. I was told I needed a new thermostat so I bought one and asked if anyone could refer me to a person to install it. DZO HVAC Group came highly recommended and I didn't need the new thermostat afterall. He replaced the circuit board and now I'm ready for the hot summer and will return the thermostat and buy myself something fun.

I had been dealing with problems with my air conditioning system for several years, and this year I decided to fully replace my old HVAC system with a brand-new complete installation. I requested several estimates and asked each company how long the job would take. No one offered me a price like Denis did, and no one said they could complete the entire project in just one day. The scope of work included removing the old system, demolishing and replacing all old ductwork, installing brand-new ducts, and installing all new HVAC equipment. Since the house was already under renovation, I had the time available, but I was truly impressed by how Denis and his team completed the entire installation in just one day. I have an HVAC system with 1990's Honeywall gas furnace and RHEEM electric AC unit and I had called PIONEER HEATING & COOLING a few weeks ago because of their five star review. They send out a young guy who spent a few minutes in the attic and came out saying the furnace was too old, without a model name/number and it had to be completely replaced because they don't make parts anymore. I was a little taken aback because I thought they would still make parts. I walked into the attic and clearly saw the brand was Honeywell and took a pic/video for a 2nd opinion.

Today I called DZO and spoke to Alex live and he said he had a technician, DENIS, that would know how to fix it and he would come by the same day. He came right on time and within five minutes he determined it was the circuit board. He was like McGuyver! Then he asked to check my AC which hasn't been checked for at least a decade and determined it needed some freon. He actually cared about getting everything working well-- I was VERY impressed. I will definitely be using them for any of my heating/cooling concerns and have already began recommending them to my friends. Thank you Alex and Denis for your commitment to caring and troubleshooting in a quick manner with reasonable rates (they don't charge to assess the situation).
